No reservation is needed! All of our holiday events are open to the public, and you're welcome to join us without registering in advance. Just come by and enjoy the festivities

It’s super simple! Just spend $450 or more at any of our stores or restaurants on December 6 between 11 AM and 7 PM, and you’ll receive a free personalized ornament as our way of saying thanks and spreading a little holiday cheer.
While we don’t offer a mall-wide gift card that works at all retailers, many of our individual stores and restaurants do sell their own gift cards. Feel free to check with your favorite spots while you’re here!
Yes! We’ve got you covered with our Preferred Parking lot, conveniently located near the Main Entrance—just turn onto Dorsich Ave from Winchester. It’s open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, and if you arrive early between 10 AM and 2 PM, you can take advantage of our Early Bird parking special for just $5
Yes! Valet South is available during the holiday season. You’ll find it right outside, next to King's Fish House, and it’s easily accessible from Stevens Creek Boulevard, between Bank of America and The Cheesecake Factory. Super convenient if you’re looking for a quick and easy parking option!
We offer a convenient Locker Service located on Level 1 near GAP. It’s available during mall hours and perfect for dropping off personal items while you shop. Just scan the QR code on the locker unit, follow the simple instructions to choose your locker size, and you’re all set. Need to store more items later? No problem—just use your mobile device to unlock the same locker again.
If you’ve misplaced something during your visit, our Westfield Security Team is available 24/7 to help. You can find the Security Office via the Center Court elevator—either next to Rolex Boutique | J. Licht & Sons on Level 1 or Helzberg Diamonds on Level 2. 408.296.8707
Absolutely! All entrances at Westfield Valley Fair are ADA compliant, and our parking structures include multiple ADA parking spots—you’ll find them in the Monroe, Stevens Creek, and Winchester garages.
Need a wheelchair during your visit? You can check one out at the Security Office on Level 3—just bring a valid ID. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable and accessible as possible
